6.1.2 For Taukei registration, additional verification data is collected including:
a. Business registration documentation;
b. Tax registration information (FRCS);
c. Financial account details for payments; and
d. Property and cultural authenticity verification.
6.1.3 If you use social login options (Google/Facebook), information about your use of our platform may be transmitted to the selected provider.

The legal basis for the processing of data is your consent. If the registration serves the fulfillment of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures, contract performance serves as additional legal basis.
6.3 Purpose of data processing
Registration is necessary for accessing our homestay booking and hosting services. For Taukei, verification ensures authentic cultural experiences and compliance with Fijian business regulations.
6.4 Duration of storage
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For registration data related to contract fulfillment, this occurs when the data is no longer required for contract implementation. Even after contract conclusion, we may need to store personal data to comply with contractual or legal obligations.

As a user, you have the option to cancel your registration at any time through account deletion. You can have the data stored about you changed at any time. If the data is required for contract fulfillment, early deletion is only possible insofar as contractual or legal obligations do not oppose deletion.
7. Use of our platform to offer or book homestay accommodations
7.1 Description and scope of data processing
7.1.1 When you book or host accommodations via our platform, it is necessary for contract conclusion that you provide personal data required for processing your booking or hosting offer. Mandatory data necessary for contract processing are marked separately; other information is voluntary.
7.1.2 For payment processing, we work with approved international payment providers such as Visa and Mastercard. While for Fijian financial institutions and mobile payment providers we work with Vodafone mPaisa, Digicel MyCash, and Sole payment systems.
